- Devices & Hardware: 6 months manufacturer warranty
- Batteries: 30 days warranty, 3-6 month typical lifespan
- Coils/Atomizers: DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty only
- E-liquids: Manufacturing defects only
6.2 Warranty Exclusions
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Products modified, repaired, or serviced by third parties
- Consumable parts beyond their expected lifespan
- Damage from use with incompatible products
