1. How to Return Items

Get Return Instructions
We'll provide return labels and our returns address (items cannot be returned without prior authorization)
Package Securely
Pack items in original packaging when possible - you're responsible for return shipping damage
Track Your Return
We'll inspect returned items and process your refund within 5-7 business days
Important: All returns must be authorized before shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused or result in delayed processing.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
Items Damaged in Transit
- Contact us immediately upon receiving damaged items
- Include photos of the damage and packaging in your email
- We provide free return labels for damaged items
- Full refund or replacement offered at no cost to you
Faulty Items
- 30-day reporting window - notify us within 30 days of delivery
- Describe the fault in detail and include photos if possible
- We'll provide troubleshooting support first when appropriate
- Faulty items qualify for free returns and full refund/replacement
Reporting Deadlines: Errors and shortages must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
3. Change of Mind Returns
Return Conditions
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be in brand new, unused condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Items will be inspected before refund processing
Condition Requirements: If returned products are not in the condition they were sent, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund based on item condition.

- • E-liquids and shortfills
- • Single-use devices & consumables
- • CBD products
- • Clearance/sale items
- • Consumable items (coils, cotton)
Warranty Claims: Warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear failures. User damage, misuse, or modifications void warranty coverage.
5. Important Return Information
Return Address
Returns must be sent to our designated returns address, which will be provided when you contact us. Do not return items to any address without prior authorization.
Refused Deliveries
Items cannot be returned by refusing delivery or sending back with the courier. Wait until delivery is complete, then follow our standard return process.
Processing Times

- • Replacement shipping: 1-2 business days
